How it works

If your order has not yet been shipped

You can request cancellation directly here so that we can try to stop the order before it is shipped.

If your order has already been shipped

You can still exercise your right of withdrawal within 30 days after receiving your package. Simply return the item at your own expense to our return address: H.C Andersens Blvd 38, 1553 Copenhagen V, Denmark.

We do not provide return labels. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
